Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please enter the school's front gate to sign your child into the attendance book, located in the front office, or contact our front office.

Students will assemble in their class lines every morning at 9:15 am under the Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA), for the morning announcements. This ensures they have received important updates each day before they split into their class groups.

Assembly Information

Our Acknowledgement Assemblies typically occur twice a term on the Friday of weeks 5 and 10. Usually at 9:30 am in the school hall. If students have collected 10+ Yindyamarra Achievement Awards during their school time, they are eligible for a special award during these assemblies.

Once 10 awards have been obtained, or each 10 awards obtained thereon, students may bring them into the front office for recording. Students will then be presented with a special award according to the CPS Merit System.

Need help with attendance?

If your child has an unexplained absence, it will show in the 'Sentral for Parents' App within the 'Absences' icon. Parents and carers are welcome to update student absence explanations within this area.
